Chris replaced flooring in both bathrooms and replaced a shower door. He replied to all my questions promptly and he was very courteous. He came to work on time each day and he cleaned up everything when he finished for the day. He spoke to Home Depot to confirm specifications when the product description lacked details so I was able to get a shower door that worked for the space. His price was reasonable. I will use him again.

I've used him to install a set of attic stairs where none originally existed and to install a vinyl plank floor in a new 3 seasons room. Both times he was forced to adjust to either MY mistake in purchasing equipment or my last minute desire for an upgrade, and both times he helped me structure it so my added cost was minimal and the delay to schedule was insignificant. His work on both jobs exceeded my expectations and left me feeling like I got the most bang possible for the money.

Gonzalez Handyman Services has been out to my home twice and both times I have been completely satisfied with all work done! The first visit, Chris installed a new bathroom cabinet, sink, and faucet to replace an old pedestal sink. His work was meticulous, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and on time! I reached out to him again to ask about replacing a few light fixtures for us. Once again, he responded right away, set up a time to do the work and it was done in the same manner. I had Gonzalez Handyman Services come over to take care of a bunch of "Honey Dos" that I'd been putting off. Christopher came over and installed an exterior gate, re-grouted part of a shower, caulked a difficult to reach tub and took down a bunch of old painter's tape. Even though the instructions were followed on the gate, the gate install was wobbly (the factory provided concrete screws were too small). Christopher came back with his own screws to stabilize the fence and added an anchor to the top, which did the trick!

Because of their great work on the first project, I had them come back and install two new garage door openers and an exterior light fixture. Garage door openers can be tricky to properly install and balance, but the job turned out great, including the programming multiple remotes and keypads. I was asked about my preferences for what buttons I wanted on the various remotes. The exterior light looks and works perfectly.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Gonzalez Handyman Services. They even swept out my garage before leaving!

Chris came by and installed a 48" barn door. Before the visit we spoke on the phone, and he shared the process he was going to follow on the day of his visit. It was all very transparent, and on time. He took careful measurements, and let me ask all my questions, even the basic ones. Chris was really respectful, left no remnants behind, swept the floor. His work is high quality! Our door hangs true, rolls nicely. We're really happy to have chosen to use Chris' services.

Attention to detail and care for the job is getting extremely difficult to find when it comes to home repairs. Chris has both of those qualities. He took extreme care when prepping the work area to keep the other parts of the house clean. He walked softly and treated my house as if it was his own. And of course that level of care went into his work and a high level of attention to detail was the outcome. I recommend Chris without hesitation.

I originally called Gonzalez Handyman Services for post wraps and repairs. They did a great job on replacing the posts, wrapping and staining new posts. Chris did such great work with the posts I had him take a look at some of the other projects that we were also doing inside the home. We were doing remodeling work on a 1940s farm home in Fuquay and Chris was able to take on a lot projects for us. He leveled the floors in both the kitchen and bathroom and installed new LVP floors in both. He patched and fixed a lot of missing and broken drywall in the home and painted to match. He did some cabinet repair work and trim work in the kitchen as well. Were very pleased with all the extra work Chris did for us. Everything came out perfect. Great communication, easy to work with. We will definitely be hiring again for our future remodel and home projects.
